Richard brings over 10 years of invaluable experience in the motor industry, where he excelled in managing sales teams and dealerships. Before venturing into this field, Richard dedicated 9 years of his life to service in the Household Cavalry, cultivating a strong work ethic and an unwavering attention to detail.
Driven by his passion for efficiency and meticulousness, Richard embarked on a journey to develop what now stands as the original prototype for the DealerDOC platform. This exceptional tool represents the culmination of a decade’s worth of hands-on development, starting from Richard’s early days as a sales executive and progressing through the ranks to become a General Manager. With each step up the ladder, Richard expanded the capabilities of his creation, adapting it to meet the growing demands for data within the dealerships he served.
The evolution of DealerDOC is a testament to Richard’s relentless pursuit of perfection. Countless iterations and refinements have shaped this platform, making it the remarkable and indispensable tool it is today. Eventually, the reins were passed to our Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and his team, who applied the final polish to ensure its outstanding quality & slick user interface.

Toby, initially one of our suppliers, was introduced to us by our early investors who recognized the potential of his software development company as a perfect match to transform Richard’s work into a scalable, cloud-based website for mass users. Right from the beginning, Toby demonstrated a deep understanding of Dealer Doc Com’s incredible potential and gladly accepted our invitation to join the core team as our CTO.
With his extensive experience in developing employee facing platforms and apps Toby takes charge of all technical development aspects behind Dealer Doc. His team is already actively planning future iterations of the platform, aiming to enhance user experience through intuitive interfaces. We strongly believe in the value of customer feedback, and every idea or suggestion we receive is promptly shared with Toby’s team. This collaborative approach ensures that we continually evolve and develop a truly customer-friendly tool.

With her extensive background working across various industries and on a global scale, Tiffany brings a wealth of experience in effectively managing multiple client accounts.
